Black Bean Soup
A delicious black bean soup recipe inspired by Panera Bread.

black beans of your choice
Salt and pepper, to taste
Sour cream and chopped avocado, garnish to taste
Heat oil in soup pot. Sauté onion, celery and garlic until tender. Stir in chili powder and cumin. Add broth and one can of the beans. Heat thoroughly.
Puree remaining can of beans and then add to soup pot. Cook for 5 minutes. Stir in salsa and simmer until thickened. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with sour cream and chopped avocado garnish.
