- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 egg
- ½ cup melted butter
- ½ tbsp. vanilla extract
- ½ cup peanut butter
- ¼ tsp. salt
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 8x8 inch square pan with non-stick spray. Whisk together melted butter and sugar in a large mixing bowl. Stir in vanilla and add egg. Mix in peanut butter and stir until mixture is smooth. Add salt and flour. Stir until combined and pour mixture into pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes. Cool before serving.
