On days you’re not enjoying heavier foods, I invite you to offer your guests a light, sweet treat that’s simple to make and doesn’t pack on the pounds. Enjoy Perfect Parfaits for your next holiday gathering below!
- 3 cups French vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 cup defrosted frozen strawberries in juice
- 1 pint fresh blueberries (or berries of your choice)
- 1 cup of crunchy granola
- Layer 1/3 cup vanilla yogurt into the bottom of tall glass cups or small glass dishes. Combine defrosted strawberries and juice with fresh berries of your choice. Then, switch layers of fruit and granola with yogurt until your dish or cup is filled to the top. Serve immediately and enjoy!
