Get Fall-Ready with Pumpkin Spice Hot Chocolate (Recipe)

Can you believe this Friday is the first day of fall? It’s hard to imagine there are only three months left of 2017, but the cold weather months (and holiday season) are nearing.

At this time of year I get excited about the change in weather, updating my wardrobe, preparing delicious, seasonal meals and – pumpkin spice, the unofficial flavor of fall.

Today I wanted to share a classic recipe with twist. So if you, too, have an affinity for this popular flavor, enjoy Pumpkin Spice Hot Chocolate below!

  1. Mix honey, pumpkin pie spice and cocoa together.
  2. Add warmed almond milk and stir.
  3. Top with optional whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon before serving.
