Game-Day Drinks: Hydrating Coconut Water Lemonade

Though lemonade is traditionally a summertime beverage, I tend to enjoy it year round.

There are so many reasons to love lemonade: Aside from its delicious sweet and tart flavor, it is easy to make in large quantities and pairs well with other flavors. In other words, it’s a great drink to make for gatherings.

Ahead of the Super Bowl on Sunday, February 5th, I wanted to share a lemonade recipe – with a twist – to consider for your upcoming Game Day festivities. This drink is flavorful and packed with nutrients, making it perfect for a post-workout refresher.
