Delicious New Year Detox Smoothies

Do you tend to feel bloated after the holiday season?

Between the holiday parties and family meals, it’s difficult to resist the temptation of carbs, candy and other calorie-packed, albeit, delicious foods. In addition, enjoying rich, seasonal desserts that we typically don’t eat year-round, can easily tempt us to eat in excess.

With today being the first Monday of the New Year, I thought it would be the perfect opportunity to share detoxifying smoothie recipes. Drinking these three to five times per week, in place of a meal, can aid in weight loss, inspire you to jumpstart a new eating routine and help you beat the bloat!

  4. 2 celery stalks
  5. 2 cups spinach
  6. 1 cup water
  7. 1 cup ice
