A Delicious, Nutritious Panera Bread (Inspired) Black Bean Soup Recipe

A favorite takeout restaurant for me is Panera Bread, known for its good food — that you can also feel good about!

It’s easy to drop in their restaurants and take out their delicious soups, but I also like to make my own and have leftovers.

Their black bean soup is not only delish, but also good for you due to the health benefits of black beans. Studies tell us they can protect us against heart disease, diabetes and even certain cancers.

Though Panera Bread does share a lot of great ideas for food lovers on their site, unfortunately, they don’t share their exact Black Bean Soup recipe. That’s why I’m happy to share mine below!
