Campfire Concoctions: Fireside Cinnamon Rolls

Though a recent trip to beautiful Blowing Rock, North Carolina inspired today’s post, I’ve loved cooking fireside meals for as long as I can remember. Whether it’s making s’mores with family or creating a foil pack meal, I’ve always enjoyed the flavor you can achieve cooking over a fire.

Instructions
  1. Wrap cinnamon roll around bamboo skewer.
  2. Hold skewer over flames, turning around to allow for even cooking for 18 - 20 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Spread frosting on roll before serving.
