Enhance Your Next Seafood Dish with Lemon Butter Garlic Sauce

Over the weekend I enjoyed a wonderful salmon dinner! It was pan-seared and topped with a delicious sun-dried tomato cream sauce. It made me think of how a great sauce will take any seafood dish to the next level.

Today, I wanted to share one of my favorite sauces for seafood that pairs well with any of the following:

– Salmon

– Crab

– Lobster

– Trout

– Scallops

– Shrimp

  1. Place medium non-stick skillet over medium heat, add 2 tablespoons of butter. Allow the butter to melt, add garlic and stir, sautéing for 1-2 minutes. Add wine and lemon juice and bring to a boil over high heat. Continue to cook about 3-5 minutes.
  2. Reduce to low heat, add 3 tablespoons of butter at a time and whisk until completely melted. Season the sauce with salt and pepper, as desired. Top with fresh parsley, whisk and remove from heat.
  3. Serve immediately.
